Electric panel board in the sorting room on the wall above the table with four circuit breakers. b. Electric panel board in the Boiler House mounted on the inside wall left of the door with three circuit breakers. c. Large left electric panel board on the inside back wall of press room nine circuit breakers. d. GE electric panel board on teh inside back wall of press room with one main circuit breaker.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria in 29 CFR 1910.1200 (f), (g), and (h) will be met: At this location, employees engaged in laundry operations were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Drirex, Picrin, Sofspot, StreePro, and Exit Dry Cleaning Fluid. The employer had not developed a program which would address labeling and other forms of warning on chemical containers, Material Safety Data Sheets and employee information and training on the hazards associated with chemicals used at this site. The written program must also contain the following: 1. a list of all hazardous chemicals on site. 2. the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards associated with non-routine tasks involving chemicals, such as a spill; 3. the hazards of chemicals contained in piping that is not labeled and; 4. the method the employer will use to inform other employers (contractors) of the chemicals their employees might be exposed to while performing duties at this site.
