(a) Second floor top plate, new residential construction located at 1560 Roswell Street, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were not protected from eye injuries while framing 2x6 walls with a pneumatic Hitachi (Model-NR83A2) Stick Framing Nail Guns as these tools were operated without safety glasses.
