29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 21 Arthur St Holyoke, MA: On or about January 10, 2014, an employee was working on this residental roof more than 22FT above the ground below without any fall protection, which is not in accordance with this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): LCT Construction & Services, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number755181, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at1020-1024 Dwight St in Springfield, MA.
