(a) Second floor, new residential construction located at 11438 Valmont Lane, Milton, GA 30004: Employees were not protected from eye injuries while engaged in framing activities with pnuematic Hitachi (Model - NV83A2) Framing Nail Guns as these tools were operated without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) Second floor, new residential construction located at 11438 Valmont Lane, Milton, GA 30004. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while framing the second floor walls at heights of 12-foot, 7-inches to 13-feet, 1-inch with no fall protection system in place. Guardrails were erected on the back side of the structure but the employer failed to erect guardrails in areas where employees were framing on the front side of the structure.
