29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii): The safety monitor shall be on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance being monitored: (a)Custom Solar, LLC, 2355 Cragmoor Rd., Boulder, CO 80305: On and before January 13, 2014, the employer did not ensure that an employee working outside the warning line system was protected from fall hazards, in that, the safety monitoring system utilized used in conjunction with the warning line system was not effective because the monitor was not on the same level as the exposed employee. This condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.
