OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards:     a) Establishment     Employees worked under the load, draining fuel and removing parts, while the vehicle was lifted on the forks of a wheel loader.     Violation occurred on or about 3/18/2014.     b) Establishment     Employees worked under vehicles, draining fuel and removing parts, while the vehicle was positioned on a container. The vehicle is balanced on the container and can tilt/fall onto an employee.     Violation occurred on or about 3/18/2014.
