Violation occurred on or about 3/18/2014. b) Establishment Employees worked under vehicles, draining fuel and removing parts, while the vehicle was positioned on a container. The vehicle is balanced on the container and can tilt/fall onto an employee. Violation occurred on or about 3/18/2014.
