29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: In the Tire Repair Area of Discount Tire Co. 7808 Cass Street, Omaha, NE: The employer failed to ensure that Moffatt Task Lamps Model# 1263-01 which were installed on Branick# 5045 Passenger Tire Spreaders were used per manufacturer's instructions on the listing and labeling information. UL# E-164916 States to be used in Dry Locations Only; the lamps were exposed to wet conditions from water the dunk tank used to check for leaks and from snow on the tires being inspected.
