(a) East side, new residential construction located at 1214 Hill Street, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to potential eye injuries while operating a Stanley-Bostitch (Model FN1664K) Finish Nail Gun without eye protection. The employee installing cornice boards with 2-inch finish nails at 110 PSI was not provided with safety goggles or glasses while operating this equipment.

(a) East side, new residential construction located at 1214 Hill Street, Smyrna, GA 30080: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of 25-feet to 28-feet, 4-inches to the lower level while installing cornice boards from a pump jack scaffold platform in which a fall protection system was not provided.
