Rios Construction, Inc. was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 955054, Citation #1, Item #1, issued on 02/21/2014 with respect to a work place located at 1214 Hill Street, Smyrna, GA 30080 and became a final order on 03/04/2014.
