THE WARD CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 925575, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 3 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 30, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6848 GULF SHORES PARKWAY GULF SHORES, ALABAMA  36542 AND ON INSPECTION NUMBER 315194944, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 5, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 3, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1816 WEST BEACH BLVD, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA .
