29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Note to paragraph (b)(2)(v): As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system. The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated under 1926.502(e). a) New building construction 18600 Main St., Woodbury, GA, 30293. On or about 8/01/2022 The employer exposed employees to fall hazards when employee were working from an aerial lift without a fall protective system in place.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. a) New building construction: On or about 8/01/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards , in that they are operating a RIDGID round head framing nail gun at 120 PSI without eye protection. Safety glasses were not provided to employees while conducting framing activities prior to the beginning of the work day.
