29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Respirable Fraction) listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 5 milliigrams per cubic meter: a) In the Sand & Paint Area, on or about March 20, 2014 - An employee designated as a Painter was exposed to Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Respirable Fraction) to an airborne concentration of 8.26 milligrams per cubic meter. This is approximately 1.65 times in excess of the permissible exposure limit of 5 milligrams per cubic meter. Sampling was conducted for 242 minutes and zero exposure was assumed for 238 minutes.

29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): a) In Sand & Paint Area, on or about March 25, 2014 -Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not implemented to achieve compliance with the Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Respirable Fraction) Permissible Exposure Limit. An employee designated as a Painter was exposed to Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Respirable Fraction) to an airborne concentration of 8.26 milligrams per cubic meter.
