29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent):     A) Tool room, on or about January 15, 2013, a mezzanine area in the tool room had an open sided floor that was not properly guarded, exposing employees to a fall hazard.        B) Loading Dock platform, on or about January 15, 2013, the open sided platform was not properly guarded when trucks were not parked in the area, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
