Contreras Construction II, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948344, Serious citation 01, item number 002, issued on December 11, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 12224 Woodview Drive, Jacksonville FL, and made a Final Order of the court on January 3, 2014.    Contreras Construction II, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950750, Serious citation 02, item number 001, issued on Decemer 17, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 178 Huffner Hill Circle, Saint Augustine FL, and made a Final Order of the court on January 3, 2014.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a.  On or about January 17, 2014, on the 6:12 pitch roof, an employee installing roof shingles was exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard in that he was not protected by a fall protection system.    b.  On or about January 17, 2014, on the 6:12 pitch roof, employees installing roof shingles were exposed to a 20 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
