29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:    a) In the mill department, an employee conducting mill change over,  and then operating the mill machine was exposed to noise at a time-weighted average (TWA) of 90.1 dBA.  An audiometric testing program was not maintained for the employee.  The sample was obtained from a 480 minute period on or about 3/27/14.     b) In the mill department, an employee operating the mill machine was exposed to noise at a time-weighted average (TWA) of 93 dBA, on or about 3/27/14.  An audiometric testing program was not maintained for the employees.  The sample was representative of the employee's eight hour day.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
