29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level:    a) On or about January 22, 2014, the employer failed to perform initial air monitoring to determine if employees were being exposed to lead at or above the action level. Employees are required to perform job task such as but limited to soldering on harness wires.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
