29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:   (a)  On or about January 23, 2014, in room A-2003, a written energy control procedure was not developed to control hazardous energy on the air conditioning unit in the CT control room.  A written energy control procedure was requested. The procedure provided did not outline energy control procedures for the air conditioning unit.   The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard for a similar hazard on January 13, 2012, Inspection 97824, which was final order on February 9, 2012. At that time, written hazardous energy control procedures for the generators and exhaust fans were provided as a means of abatement.
