29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about March 20, 2014 - In the Supply Technician Office, the six employees bring boxes into their office from the warehouse in order to perform data entry. Due to limited space, the boxes must be placed in the aisle way and in front of their office entrances, which created a tripping hazard that exposed employees to possible strains, sprains, bruises, and broken bones.

29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) On or about March 20, 2014 - In the Supply Technician Office, the six employees bring boxes into their office from the warehouse in order to perform data entry. Due to limited space, the boxes must be placed in the aisle way and in front of their office entrances. Twenty-eight inches of space is not maintained for exit access, which could restrict their exiting the office during an emergency.
