On 1/15/2014, workers from modern construction were working on the roof of a residential building/apartment/condominium located at the intersection of McMenamy Road and Starwood Drive in St. Peters, MO. They were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nailers.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On 1/15/2014, workers from modern construction were working on the roof of a residential building/apartment/condominium located at the intersection of McMenamy Road and Starwood Drive in St. Peters, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to fall to the ground below.
