29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  In the production area, chains and sprockets were unguarded, exposing employees to a caught in hazard in two separate instances:  1) Sort conveyor has unguarded 5 inch diameter sprocket and chain.  2)  Cutoff saws #1, #2, #3, and #4 have unguarded 6 inch diameter sprocket and chain.
