(b)  In the Shipping/Receiving Bay, a Scotchman hydraulic ironworker was not equipped with point of operation guards, devices, awareness barriers, and/or adjustable restricters during use of the angle iron, shear blade, or punch stations exposing employees to struck-by hazards.      (c)  In the Shipping/Receiving Bay, a hydraulic ironworker was not equipped with point of operation guards, devices, awareness barriers, and/or adjustable restricters during use of the punch station exposing employees to struck-by hazards.      (d)  In the Shipping/Receiving Bay, the Summit Shear had a guard opening of approximately 7/8" in some areas and between 1 7/8" and 2 1/8" in other which allowed access to the hold downs and shear blade exposing employees to amputation hazards.     (e)  In the Shipping/Receiving Bay, the press brake had inadequate guarding at the point of operation exposing employees to amputation hazards.
