First Floor- Employees operating Delta radial arm saws were not protected from severe lacerations and amputations where the retractable lower blade guards were removed when engaged in compound and/or miter cuts.    b. Maintenance Shop- Employees operating the VM-1 vertical milling machine were not protected from severe lacerations and amputations where the point of operation was not guarded.    c. First Floor and Basement- Employees operating single spindle drill presses which require the operator to hold the material being drilled with their free hand were not protected from severe lacerations and amputations where the point of operation was not guarded.
