29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On December 4, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees working on a roof of a commercial building with a pitch greater than 4:12 were not were not using or provided with fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall of at least 10 feet.
