29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On or about July 15, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees, performing roofing work activities on the roof of a residential building, were in use of fall protection. This exposed the employees to a fall greater than six (6) feet to the ground below. Ochoa Andrade Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1496675, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 23rd, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1717 Boomer Trail Edmond, OK. 73034 .
