On or about January 28, 2014, empployees, working at the PVC Dip 51 hand dip tank area, were exposed to lead while using the chemical, Geon 9166-10 PDM RED ELECTRICAL PLAS (PVC Red). The employer did not make an initial determination regarding their exposure to lead while performing the hand dip tank operation to determine if they were exposed to lead at or above the action level.
