29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: On or about January 30, 2014: Ground crew employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately ten or more feet without protection when accessing the top of a stack of eight concrete panels to affix lifting hooks to the top concrete panel. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
