29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: Phillips Safety Products, Inc./Middlesex, NJ- Throughout the facility: The employer did not train workers on the new label elements and the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) format. Employees use the following chemicals: - PLTCAN Thinner (which contains cyclohexanone, trimethylbenzene, diethylbenzene, etc.) - PLT6 Ink Series (which contains cyclohexanone, 2-methoxy-1-methylethyl acetate, solvent naphtha, etc.) - PLTB Thinner (which contains n-butylacetate, propylene glycol, cyclohexanone, xylene, etc.) Condition observed on or about January 31, 2014.
