29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a) Location 130 Lincoln Blvd. Middlesex NJ- Employees were exposed to struck by hazard from steel pipes stacked atop a metal wheeled table, which was top-heavy and unstable due to the amount and unsecure manner of their placement in relation to the table dimensions. An employee was struck in the leg(s) by displaced pipe piece(s) during movement. Hazard was observed on or about June 29, 2023.
