On 1/29/2014 at Jasper Products LLC. :  CIP AREA: The employer failed to maintain an electric panel board enclosure, by allowing an emergency shut off button cover to remain missing, in a wet area.  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards by coming in contact with the an energized open source.    Abatement is required for this item.
