29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5):  The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the following information:    On or about January 31, 20014 at the facility, multiple spray bottles were used by employees that did not have proper labeling to identify content. Employees were exposed to the hazard of irritation, burns, tissue damage, and temporary blindness, infection or other chemical hazards.
