29 CFR 1926.454(a):  The employer did not have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards:    On the north side of the building, on or about January 31, 2014, employee(s) were exposed to a fall of greater than 6 feet, as they were not trained in scaffold erection, and were attaching wire netting in preparation of stucco application from a scaffold that was not fully planked.
