29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On or about October 23, 2024, at the construction site located at149 Fire Berry Drive in Ovilla, Texas, employees used nail guns to performed roofing work without eye and face protection.   Manuel Torres  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575345, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 29, 2022, with a final abatement date on  March 04,  2022,  with respect to a workplace located at 437 Desert Willow Drive, Little Elm, TX 75068.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about October 23, 2024, at the construction site located at 149 Fire berry Drive, Ovilla,  Texas,  employees performing roofing work from a height of more than 6-feet above the lower level were not protected from falling. Employees were observed wearing Guardian safety harnesses but were not tied off.  Manuel Torres  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575345, Citation Number 1, Item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on March 29, 2022, with a final abatement date on  March 04,  2022,  with respect to a workplace located at 437 Desert Willow Drive, Little Elm, TX 75068; and  Manuel Torres  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1730034, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 2, 2024, with a final abatement date on  March 12,  20242,  with respect to a workplace located at 4929 Walking Stick, McKinney, TX 75071.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about  October 23, 2024, at the construction site located at 149 Fire berry Drive, Ovilla, Texas, employees who were installing roofing material, were not provided a fall protection training program with hazard recognition and avoidance training where part of the job potentially exposed them to fall hazards while working  over 6-feet above the ground below.   Manuel Torres  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575345, Citation Number 1, Item number 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on March 29, 2022, with a final abatement date on  March 04,  2022,  with respect to a workplace located at 437 Desert Willow Drive, Little Elm, TX 75068.
