OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that; employees were exposed to injuries from an Underhung Crane that had not been inspected for defects as defined in ASME B30.11-2010, Monorails and Underhung Cranes, Chapter 11-2, Section 11-2.1.2 - 11-2.1.5:    (a)  For the establishment JRL Ventures, Inc. doing business as Marine Concepts located at 1651 Whitfield Avenue Sarasota (FL) where employees were utilizing an Underhung Crane to move product as well as store metal piping located in the Fabrication area, as observed on or about January 31, 2014.    or in the alternative of:      29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2):  The following items were not inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections:    and:    29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3):  A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months:
