On or about 11/17/2017 at 6805 15th St., E. Sarasota, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 11/17/2017. The employer notified OSHA on 11/20/2017 at 3:43 p.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.
