29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: Diesel Shop: On or about February 20, 2014, employees were handling Dried Engine Sand containing hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to crystalline silica and the employer's hazard communication training program did not include the health hazards of silica.
