Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all personal fall arrest systems comply with 29 CFR 1926.502.

Ramco Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314338930, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order September 22, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 6006 I-45 North, Houston TX 77055.    Ramco Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316283266, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order May 10, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6672 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, TX 78412.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all employees performing steel erection activities are protected from falling.
