29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about February 7, 2013, employee operating an aerial lift installing a commercial sign was not wearing any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employee to falls greater than 10 feet. SUPERIOR SIGN & LIGHTING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.453(b)(2)(v), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313500407, CITATION NUMBER1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 24, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5664 NORTH MESA, EL PASO, TX.
