29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A harness with lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about March 13, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employee working on an aerial lift wore the fall protection equipment. This condition exposed employee to a fall hazard. Superior Sign & Lighting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.453.(b)(2)(v)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374396, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-16-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9135 Gate Way West, El Paso, TX 79925.
