29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures:   (a) Warehouse, North wall -- On or about February 7, 2014, an electrical panel box in use for controlling electrical equipment had an open knockout and an improperly installed cover which exposed live parts energized to 230 volts AC.
