29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) At 854 Lorenza Place in Rockledge, employees installing tile shingles on a 6:12 pitch roof were not using conventional or alternative fall protection system to protect them from the 10-foot fall hazard as observed on or about February 6, 2014.
