29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):      1. Employees performing roofing work are not protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system.        The employer fails to ensure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about September 24, 2019, at 4561 SW Masefield St, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953, when employees installing shingles on a roof with a pitch of 4:12, without the use of conventional fall protection, are exposed to a fall hazard greater than 9-feet to ground level.     Turnkey Construction Planners, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331064, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 110 SW Milburn Circle in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.      Turnkey Construction Planners, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1367955, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 93 Wynnfield Drive in Palm Coast, Florida.
