On or about February 10, 2014, at the warehouse area of the above addressed jobsite, an employee who handled merchandise with weights varying in between 16.2 lbs to 67.0 lbs was not provided with steel toe footwear, exposing the employee to the risk of receiving foot injuries.

Wilson Manifolds Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315358358, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 4700 NE 11th Avenue, Oakland Park, FL 33334.
