29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. Construction site: On or about February 10, 2014, three employees were working on the roof without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall greater than 6-feet to the ground below. The employer did not provide Safety & Health Programs to enable employees to recognize the hazards. Hazards associated with roofing a building are such as but not limited to fall and/or struck-by hazards.
