29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction site: On or about March 7, 2018, two employees were observed working on the roof without any type of fall protection equipment. This condition exposed the employees to a fall greater than 6-feet to the ground below. Salas Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1011097, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/28/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 11360 Blue Barrel, El Paso, TX 79934. Salas Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958207, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3128 Over break Place, El Paso, TX 79938.
