29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about February 10, 2014, and at times prior, for employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet while walking top plates to set roof trusses in the vicinity of 2300 46th Avenue SE , Mandan, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 107668 , Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at a strip mall on the corner of Villard Street and State Avenue in Dickinson, North Dakota.
