29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: On February 12, 2014, employees were not protected from a fall while working from a ladder jack scaffold, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 17' 10" above grade. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
