29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. (a) Guardrails were not installed along all open sides and ends of the working platform of the pump jack scaffold. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12.2 feet. The Solais Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(4)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311405450, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 2255 Stonehedge Trail, Oconomowoc, WI 53006.
