29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): "Roofing work on Low-slope roofs." Each employee engaged in roofing activities, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system: On the roof of a commercial shopping center, Southwest side, on or about February 13, 2014, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below while repairing the roof of the shopping center.
