On or about February 13, 2014, at a residential structure located at 144 Taylor Park Blvd., Little Rock, Arkansas 72221, the employer did not ensure an employee was using personal fall arrest systems while working on residential structure framing. An employee was observed/exposed to fall hazards of greater than 10 feet to unfinished ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about February 13, 2014, at a residential structure located at 144 Taylor Park Blvd., Arkansas 72221, employees were working on residential structure framing. The employer did not ensure employees were properly trained in residential construction safety while exposed to fall hazards. An employee was observed/exposed to elevated fall hazards of greater than 10 feet to unfinished ground below.
