29 CFR 1926.501(b)(12): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(12) Each employee engaged in the erection of precast concrete members (including, but not limited to the erection of wall panels, columns, beams, and floor and roof "tees") and related operations such as grouting of precast concrete members, who is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Schnippel Construction, Inc. on or about February 13, 2014, at the address of 1050 Interstate Dr. Findlay, OH: The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from falls while installing precast floor panels and related grouting operations at the fourth level of a commercial structure. The employees working in this condition were exposed to an approximant 52 ft. fall to the ground below.
